Hey!
I would like to announce that our cupcakes are now being offered at El Coqui Mexicano on the corner of Bumby and Washington in Downtown Orlando, FL!
For those who are unfamiliar with this place, it is a newly opened restaurant by our friends Rico and Evelyn Martinez. They are our neighbors at the Farmers Market and have done so well there over the past few years, they have opened up their own restaurant. The menu includes authentic Mexican and Puerto Rican foods (You won't find Burritos here!)
For dessert, they are now offering our popular Guava and Cream Cheese Cupcakes as well as our Mexican Chocolate Cupcakes!
Guava and Cream Cheese Cupcakes:
Moist Vanilla Cake infused with pieces of Guava paste and sweetened slightly with a home made guava syrup! The cake is topped off with a Vanilla Cream Cheese frosting and a small piece of guava! It really is heaven!
Mexican Chocolate Cupcakes:
Dark chocolate cake flavored with Ancho Chile Powder, Chipotle Chili Powder, and Cinnamon! The Cake is frosted with a Dark Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting and topped with Mexican Chocolate pieces and a dash of Chiptole Chili Powder!
Both cupcakes are the perfect way to end a meal at El Coqui Mexicano!! They are also available for take home and custom orders with their private parties!
Have a great day!

A Year In Pictures!
Hey everyone!
So it turns out that one of our most unusual flavors; Chocolate and Bacon, has actually turned into one of our most popular! They are always the first to sell out at the farmers market! I mean, whats not to love about combining two of America's favorite flavors together: Pork and Dark Chocolate??
Our Chocolate and Bacon cupcakes are described as follows:
A rich, moist Chocolate Cake with finely chopped salted-hickory smoked bacon baked in, all frosted with a Deep Dark Chocolate Buttercream! To top it off, we add a small strip of chocolate covered bacon!
I must say, Joseph (pictured below) took his love for the Chocolate and Bacon cupcake to a whole new level! Here he is, standing in front of the Beer and Wine Garden at the market, taking a self portrait with his newly purchased cupcake!
After he ate the cupcake, he explained that he was doing a year of his life in pictures and a Chocolate and Bacon cupcake was worthy of recognition! :)
Everyone come by for a taste of some great and *unique* flavors!!

Upgrade :)
So it was just three weeks ago when I was thinking that I needed a car to place the awesome cupcake license plate on! My 97 Honda Accord just wasn't doing it for me anymore! Besides, it really was time to move on!
Chris and I looked around and decided on the Saturn Vue!
Doesn't the license plate look perfectly displayed now?
